Meeting Fees & Policies

Georgia Business Travel Association meetings are the first Tuesday of the month (unless there is a holiday or similar event).

  • All meetings are to be prepaid.

  • The RSVP Deadline/Pre-registration is by 5:00pm on the Thursday prior to the Tuesday meeting. 

  • Monthly Meeting Pre-Registration:  $40 Members. $50 Guests. 

  • Monthly Meeting Late Registration: $75 Members or Guests.

  • Annual Prepaid Members:  To ensure meal guarantees, annual prepaid members are required to RSVP for the meetings they attend.

  • Payment At Meetings:  Check or cash are accepted at the meeting. Credit card payments are to be made online prior to the meeting.

  • Late registrations/walk-ins are accepted on a space available basis.

  • Refunds/ Cancellations:  Cancellations are accepted until 5:00pm on the Thursday prior to the Meeting to receive a refund. As GeorgiaBTA is obligated to pay for its meal guarantee, late cancellations cannot be credited forward to the next meeting.

  • No Shows:  Payment is required from no shows and late cancellations.

  • Attire:  Meeting attire is business to business casual. No Jeans.

  • Guests:  May attend two meetings annually before joining the Association
